Adding your teammates
You can invite users to Varos directly by navigating to your profile image and selecting "Add teammates".
Setting permissions
IMPORTANT: You need to make sure at least one dashboard is selected to grant access to, otherwise the new user won't see anything when they log into the platform.
If you have multiple assets, you can choose to give access to only specific brands or full access to all the brands in the account (including the ones that get added in the future). Selecting "Full Brands Access" also makes the user an administrator. The account administrators can then add additional users in the future and set permissions (see full breakdown of capabilities later in the article).
Administrators & standard users capabilities
Administrators can:
Give access to all the brands within an organization (by selecting “Full Brands Access” in the “Add teammates” window). This applies to all future assets added to the account as well.
Remove permissions from users (by navigating to Settings > Permissions and removing a user from the list and saving the changes)
Standard users (non-administrators) can:
See all the brands they have been given access or integrated themselves
Add teammates with access to the same brands they have access to
